Testing Protocols

GATING PROCESS


   

• Initial discussions of the concept/design.

• Internal BMED discussions regarding material stack up DFM.

   

• Determine project feasibility.

• Work with customer to agree on BOM, design, and manufacturing plan.

   

• Build first pass prototypes using Ag/AgCl coated carbon sheets for flex trace; 2-3 days.

• Build first pass prototypes using laser cut circuit 1-2 days.

   

• Engineering builds and studies validation.

• Validation activities for manufacturing release.

   

• Product is released for manufacture and moves to production.

• Recurring orders are built and shipped as needed.
